In both my sculpture and painting, I often use a circle as the focal point in the work. It is normally a blank void of space and surrounding it are a mass of chatic pinecones, imaginary buildings, mud, stones etc. In this piece I was inspired by the many roundabouts and main roads that feature in the place that I live.
