This painting was inspired by a visit to Dubrovnik in Croatia. The rows of buildings and style of architecture there inspired me to paint this imaginative city. In this work all the buildings and inhabitants are united through the use of yellow, orange and red which permeates over the city in a wash of colour explosion.
