The name Chain Events refers to a way of working that I adopted to complete this piece and some of my other paintings. I started by drawing a circle and I allowed the rest of the image to develop from it. I am interested in the shape, balance, structure and rhythm of the pictorial composition and I tribute this to my background in sculpture.
